Artist Jenny Holzer and Hauser & Wirth new collaboration on limited edition prints remind us, that «All things are delicately interconnected». To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Earth Day, Jenny Holzer recreated a screenptint, featuring a phrase from her iconic «Truisms» series of works. This series of works, challenge expectations, addressing oppression, gender, sexuality, power, and war. The phrase «All things are delicately interconnected» has been seen in Holzer’s work since the late 1970s and early 1980s, when her Truisms were seen on an electronic signboard above Times Square. Today, the statement fits into Earth Day narrative, provoking reflection on global pandemic, as well as continuing climate crisis. Part of Hauser & Writh’s ongoing #artforbetter initiative, 100% of the proceeds of sales of Holzer's new print will be donated to charitable partners.
