The collective, which has produced jaw-dropping exhibitions all over the world, now have a permanent representation in their home country.

The colossal 10,000 sqm space features 50 of TeamLab’s technicolor digital works, making it the world’s first digital art museum. While the visitors navigate the museum’s five zones, interacting with the works, the boundaries between art and the audience dissolve. The kaleidoscopic artworks are programmed to change through visitor’s interaction. For example, every time a person enters the room with Forest of Lamps installation, a tree lights up, while in the museum’s En Tea House, cups and plates burst to life with digital blooms.

The collective aims to explore new relationships between humans and nature through art, and now you can see their most representative work in one place. Tickets for August to the More Building Digital Art Museum: teamLab Borderless will be available later this month.
