A brand, that is known for it’s bold experiments both in designs and promotion styles, took over the walls of New York and Milan for a new fragrance launch.

The first fragrance of the fashion behemoth under the guidance of creative director Alessandro Michele is a big deal, celebrated in a Gucci way. As a result of a unique collaboration with Spanish artist Ignasi Monreal, two murals will decorate the streets of New York and Milan until November 2017.

The artist illustrated his vision of the urban garden concept inspired by Gucci Bloom, painting on a 760-square-foot wall at Lafayette Street in Soho, New York City, and a 176-square-meter wall in the area of Corso Garibaldi in Milan. Gucci went beyond the art installation format, adding a digital dimension to the fragrance launch. The Gucci app includes a photo filter and a software, allowing the audience to access additional stories after taking a picture of the wall.
