Getty Museum presents an exhibition featuring works of photographers, who blur the lines between photography and other mediums.

On view from February 27th through May 27th, Cut! Paper play in contemporary photography exhibition is a treat for art lovers. The exhibition, presented by Getty Museum gathered works of artists spanning years from 1926 to 1967, like Manuel Alvarez Bravo, Alexander Rodchenko, Daniel Gordon, Mart Lipps, Thomas Demand among others.

Representing different countries and different artistic styles, what unites them is seeing paper as not merely the end result of developing a photography, but a material, that can be activated in many ways. Cut, layered, incised, or folded—-these artists experiment with paper, introducing new art forms.
