That’s right, another edition of Design Miami, a celebration of design culture and commerce, is about to begin. Laffanour Galerie Downtown will be there bringing a set of important pieces, including Jean Prouvé’s «Fabert» bed, made for the Lycée Fabert in Metz in 1935. Galerie Downtown is known for playing crucial role in rediscovering the works of Pierre Jeanneret, Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, and Jean Prouvé. Since the opening in 1982, Galerie Downtown grown into an iconic place for postwar design with contemporary furniture.
