Press accreditation for the 40th Sundance Film Festival closes this Thursday November 2. The 2024 Festival takes place in Utah in Park City and Salt Lake City from January 18-January 28, 2024,

The Festival will kick off in person in Utah on Thursday, January 18 around noon with a full day of premieres. [If coming in from out of town we recommend you arrive on Wednesday.] Premieres of new films will roll out through Tuesday January 23, followed by additional screenings and special events through to Sunday, January 28.

Beginning on January 24 for press & industry (and January 25 for the general public), at-home screenings of the films in the five feature Competition sections and select shorts, and possibly other films, will be available to a select audience online during this limited window. The entire program is not offered online for press & industry or general audiences.
