*LOS ANGELES, March 5, 2024* — The GRAMMY Museum® and Recording Academy® are thrilled to reinstate the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame® on its 50th anniversary after a two-year hiatus. The grand return will be marked by an inaugural gala and concert on May 21, 2024, at the NOVO Theater in Los Angeles.

Established in 1973 by the Recording Academy's National Trustees, the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame honors recordings of lasting qualitative or historical significance that are at least 25 years old. Selected by a special member committee, inductees are ratified by the Recording Academy's National Board of Trustees. This year, 10 new inducted recordings, including four albums and six singles, will be celebrated, bringing the total to 1,152 inducted recordings.

The 50th-anniversary gala will commence with a red carpet and VIP reception on the Ray Charles Terrace at the GRAMMY Museum, followed by a unique concert at the NOVO Theater in downtown Los Angeles. The event is set to become an annual celebration, produced by Ken Ehrlich, the longtime Executive Producer of the GRAMMY Awards, alongside Chantel Sausedo and Ron Basile. Globally renowned producer and keyboardist Greg Phillinganes will provide musical direction.

The announcement of this year's inductees and details about performers and tickets will be disclosed at a later date. Sponsorship opportunities can be explored by contacting halloffame@grammymuseum.org.
