2024 Women to Watch x Adobe Fellows Announced

The Sundance Institute has unveiled the eight women selected for the 2024 Sundance Women to Watch x Adobe Fellowship. This prestigious yearlong program aims to bolster the creative endeavors of women filmmakers, particularly those from historically marginalized communities. Supported by Adobe, the fellowship includes a $6,250 grant, workshops, career referrals, and a yearlong Adobe Creative Cloud membership. Participants also gain access to Sundance Collab for networking and skill development.

The fellows represent diverse backgrounds and disciplines within the film industry:

- Artemis Fannin (Managing Producer, 371 Productions)

- Kristine Gerolaga (Filipina American filmmaker, actor)

- Sylvia Khoury (New York-based filmmaker, playwright)

- Jane Casey Modderno (Director, screenwriter)

- Gabriella García Pardo (Nonfiction director/producer/cinematographer)

- Jolene Pinder (Documentary producer, arts administrator)

- Jana Schmieding (Lakota actor, writer, producer)

These filmmakers will benefit from tailored support including mentorship, skill enhancement, and networking opportunities, reinforcing Sundance Institute's commitment to fostering diverse voices in cinema.
