Time to update your list of movies and TV series to watch, if you haven’t seen these yet.

Last Sunday night, the 2019 Golden Globes were handed out. While the internet media dissected the red carpet looks from every angle, laughed on the first meme of 2019, and recapped the night’s finniest and most awkward moments, let’s get back to this year’s most award-worthy works.

Adam McKay’s Dick Cheney biopic Vice led the comedy or musical film categories with six nominations, followed byThe Favourite and Green Book, both of which received five. Bohemian Rhapsody was another big winner in Best Picture Drama. Alfonso Cuarón’s acclaimed film Roma brought him Best Director award at Golden Globes this year.

In the television categories, the evening’s most-nominated show, The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, won Best Limited Series. Netflix’s freshman series The Kominsky Method won Best Comedy or Musical, and FX’s The Americans won Best Drama for its sixth and final season.
