Lévy Gorvy to Open Its Asia HQ in Hong Kong

Art lovers, rejoice! The renowned gallery specializing in modern, postwar, and contemporary art is adding Hong Kong to its locations.

The ground floor of the historic St. George’s Building will have a new art addition: Lévy Gorvy 2,500 square foot space is set to open in March 2019. The gallery’s connection to the region began with its participation in the first Art Basel Hong Kong Fair in 2013. Now Lévy Gorvy works with leading Asian artists and estates, including Zao Wou-ki, Seung-tek Lee, Tsuyoshi Maekawa, and Chung Sang-Hwa. The new Asia HQ, under the leadership of Danqing Li, will further extend Lévy Gorvy’s long-term commitment to the Asian art market, presenting curated exhibitions devoted to modern, postwar, and contemporary art.
