Rio & Italy & Floral : Riccardo Tisci for Nike

Riccardo Tisci, creative director of Givenchy, knows how to bring on a certain something into the world of sportswear, but with new Nike collaboration designer scales up. Seems that Nike and Tisci is a great fit, as after the successful collaboration on Air Force in 2014, they join forces once again for a new capsule collection named NikeLab x RT: Training Redefined.

After revealing the first edition of the collection in Tisci’s signature monochrome palette, it is time for the phase two now. Training Redefined boasts vibrant splashes and floral prints, inspired by Italy-meets-Rio aesthetics. The capsule collection, a treat for all exercise and sports enthusiasts, takes the main inspiration from the ‘summer of sport’, the 2016 Olympics.

Engineered for performance, the footwear and apparel combine Nike’s technologies like Dri-FIT and Flyknit with Tisci’s creative vision. The floral motifs on both men’s and women’s pieces remind of Tisci’s textile experiments for Givenchy, this time set for sport. The sneak peak of collection’s style comes in the campaign image for the collaboration, featuring Sanya Richards-Ross and Ashton Eaton, but it’s not a long wait: the collection soon arrives at nike.com and select NikeLab stores.

在揭露了堤西标志性的单色调色板系列的第一个版本后，就是时候开始第二阶段了。Training Redefined系列引以为豪的活力四射的飞溅和碎花图案，灵感来自意大利与里约的审美碰撞。胶囊系列，一个给运动狂热者的盛宴，其灵感主要来自于“体育之夏”，即2016年里约奥运会。

将耐克的Dri-FIT、Flyknit技术与Tisci的创造性外观设计相结合，这些鞋子与服装也显得更加性能优异。男女款服饰都体现了花卉主题，不由得让人想起Tisci曾在纪梵希的织物上所做的尝试，而这一次这些尝试被运用在了运动系列中。在预览中看到的这些套装由Sanya Richards-Ross以及Ashton Eaton拍摄，不过也这些套装也不会让大家久等：它们很快就会出现在耐克官网以及线下的NikeLab精选门店。
