Luxury global real estate tycoon Aaron Kirman (www.aaronkirman.com) has certainly achieved unprecedented success by the age of 40, including being named part of Variety Magazine’s Real Estate Elite.

As one of the top realtors in the world, and named among the best agents in the United States by the Wall Street Journal, Kirman was recently appointed to the prestigious position of President of the Luxury Estates Division for Pacific Union International, the number one independent and number two brokerage overall in the United States by sales volume.

One of his most recent luxury listings is the $40 million home located at 40 Beverly Park, a stunning French Chateau-style estate designed by Richard Landry, sited on over two acres and located in the prestigious Beverly Hills enclave. 

Kirman works closely with the corporate office of Pacific Union International to build and utilize its Chinese concierge service, to ensure the availability of local representatives who speak the native language to help facilitate transactions, as well as to attract clients to his high end, exclusive property listings.  

A true jetsetter, Kirman frequently travels to Hong Kong, Beijing, London, Berlin, Paris, Monaco and Rio de Janeiro to meet with his clients and to stay current on the shifting wealth patterns of the world, particularly from Asia and Europe to America.
