New York, NY Bruce Campbell, Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), unveiled a new global leadership structure for the Global Brands, Franchises, and Experiences (GBFE) division. This restructuring encompasses WBD's worldwide consumer products, themed entertainment, franchise management and development, and DC Comics businesses.

The reshuffle follows the decision of Pam Lifford, President of Global Brands, Franchises, and Experiences, to step down from her role to focus on her family member's healthcare needs. Lifford's decision prompted a series of appointments within the GBFE division, with all new leaders reporting directly to Campbell.

Robert Oberschelp is appointed as the new Head of Global Consumer Products, leveraging his extensive experience in the licensing industry, including roles at NBCUniversal, The Walt Disney Company, Williams-Sonoma, and Quicksilver. Preston Kevin Lewis, currently overseeing Consumer Products for Latin America and Retail Management for the Americas, will now also oversee North America Consumer Products under Oberschelp's guidance.

Julian Moon, Head of Consumer Products for EMEA and Asia Pacific, announced his retirement after 33 years with the company. He will work with Oberschelp and WBD leadership on succession plans in the coming months.

Peter van Roden will continue in his role as Head of Global Themed Entertainment, leading licensed location-based entertainment, theme parks, and in-person experiences. Additionally, Campbell revealed plans to recruit a new Global Head of Franchise, responsible for developing WBD's global IP portfolio across all business sectors.

Pam Lifford, who joined Warner Bros. in 2016, expressed pride in the division's transformation during her tenure, increasing revenues fivefold and shaping it into a global, franchise-based business. While acknowledging Lifford's contributions, Campbell praised her leadership and commitment to family.

The changes announced are set to take effect on November 27, marking a new chapter for Warner Bros. Discovery's consumer products and franchises division.
