Paris holds the final act of the fashion weeks’ world tour, showcasing its round of autumn/winter womenswear collections from March 1-9.  Several shows unveiled on Sunday have gone into worldly travels mood: Akris, among others. Albert Kriemler’s certainly went far into all sorts of red spectrum at his Akris show—all the usual streamline shapes and sumptuous fabrics came in different shades of that palette. Aside from that, the designer brought an African touch: wild animals motifs, Masai embellishment, knitted ponchos, capes and tunics dominated the runway.
