Gucci unveiled a new addition of its ArtWalls project, adding colorful murals to the streets of Milan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, London, and New York.

Since Alessandro Michele assumed the role of Gucci’s creative director, he returned the brand to peak cultural relevance and extraordinary financial success. Close integration of art is one of the unmistakable elements of the brand’s strategy. It’s almost a tradition now, that the brand collaborates with artists constantly unveiling new art wall projects. This time, Angela Deane, Ashley Longshore, Jayde Fish, Phannapast Taychamaythakool, and Alex Merry embellished the walls of global cities. Inspired by the Gucci DIY theme, the street art creations in every city are very different.

In Shanghai, you can spot the new work of American illustrator Jayde Fish at Fengsheng Li in Jing’an district, where the artist featured a customized Gucci Ophidia tote, against the colorful imaginary garden setting, where everybody wears Gucci, of course.
